Safe Riding!

JetBlack JetRace Saddle Bag L

Storage space saver

Giving you that little bit of extra storage space without taking up any

Storage space? Yes please.

It’s the space paradox. In order to gain more storage space you would have to take up more bike space. When doing a trip with dogs we find space, and organising that space to separate dog and human items is something we’re constantly thinking of – adding a saddle bag can help in a small way. JetBlack’s JetRace Saddle Bag L lives behind the Yuba’s saddle and is home to the majority of my second tier snacks on our trips so it’s a very important bag. For shorter gravel or mtb rides, it houses our bike tools and dog treats, so we definitely don’t have problems filling it with something.

The zipper opening opens nice and wide. It’s the kind of ease you want when accessing your snacks (nothing should get in your way, right?). When completely open, gravity and the shape of the bag forces your contents to fall into the bag instead of out. Because of this, I don’t think anything would fall out if you accidentally ride with it open. It has an internal pocket to separate things further for meds, keys, zip ties, poop bags, bolts or bands.

The JetRace easily attaches onto the bottom of the saddle and is secured with heavy duty buckles on both sides. The buckle straps are also adjustable so we can pack more in. The outer panels has reflective strips for increase visibility at night, and the back of the bag has a tab for a rear bike light to clip onto.
